Tremorvu Holidays Terms & Conditions
- Prices are based on a nightly rate per pitch for two persons, for larger parties additional charges will apply.
- For those requiring Electric Hook-Up (EHU), we can only accept weekly (Sat-Sat) bookings during the summer holidays.
- Families and couples only, no single sex parties.
- The balance of pitch fees is payable on arrival.
- We accept cash, cheques and debit/credit cards.
- We do not give refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances and the proprietors deem it appropriate.
- A non-refundable booking deposit of £30.00 per pitch per week is required for stays of one week or greater. In peak season (July & August) this increases to £50.00 per pitch per week.
- Friendly dogs are welcome on our site but must be kept on leads at all times and may not be left on the site unattended.
- We do not tolerate dog mess therefore all owners are expected to clean up after their dogs and dispose of dog mess in the bins provided.
- Arrival time is 12am, unless prior arrangement has been made. Departure time is 11am.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Guests are requested to keep volume from mobile phones, radios, TVs, etc to a level which does not disturb other campers. If your neighbours can hear it then it is too loud.
- The speed limit of 5mph must be observed at all times.
- Children must be accompanied to the toilets/showers by their parents/guardians at all times.
- We cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury or loss or damage to property including vehicles.
